If you're newer to the industry but already working with clients, building your foundations and ready to think seriously about the business you're creating, you'll still find plenty to take from the day.
The important thing is that you have a business you're ready to look at properly.

You'll have opportunities to meet and learn alongside other wedding professionals throughout the sessions, with 90 minutes of drinks together at the end of the day too.

Tickets are not refundable, however they are transferable if you're no longer able to attend.

Beyond Booked Out 2027 will be held at The Langham, Gold Coast on Tuesday, 23 March 2027.
The day will begin with arrival from 8:30am, with the formal program running from 9:00am to 4:30pm, followed by 90 minutes of drinks until 6:00pm.
Full arrival and event details will be sent to ticket holders ahead of the day.

Come dressed as yourself and in something you'd feel confident being professionally photographed in.
Your ticket includes an allocated studio portrait session during the day, so it's worth choosing something that feels like you and that you'd be happy to see on your website, socials or professional profile afterwards.
There's no corporate dress code. Beyond Booked Out is a room full of wedding professionals, so personal style is very welcome.
