Workshop General Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 20 November 2025These Terms and Conditions apply to all workshop events delivered by The Celebration Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a ticket and attending a workshop, you agree to the following terms.
1. Ticket Purchase
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets may not be refunded for any reason, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase in order to secure your place.
2. Ticket Transfers
If you can no longer attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee.
Transfers require written approval from us so we can update event records and ensure the correct information is provided to all participants.
To request a transfer, please contact us.
3. Event Changes and Cancellations
We reserve the right to:
Change the event date
Change the event location
Change the schedule or speakers
Cancel the event if necessary
If the event is cancelled by us, all attendees will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a transfer of your ticket to another person. Refunds will not be issued unless required by law.
4. Workshop Experience and Inclusions
Your ticket provides access to all workshop sessions, presentations, workbook materials, and the inclusions listed on the event page at the time of purchase.
Catering is included for all attendees.
As part of the ticket purchase process, you will be required to provide your dietary requirements through a mandatory form field at checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring that the dietary information you submit is complete, accurate and up to date. We will pass this information to the venue or caterer and will take reasonable steps to support your needs. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of all dietary options and we do not accept liability for any reactions, allergies or adverse effects that occur as a result of inaccurate information provided, last minute changes, undisclosed allergies, cross contamination or food consumed at the event.
If you have a severe allergy or specific medical dietary requirement, you must contact us prior to the event to discuss whether the venue can safely accommodate your needs.
5. Premium Ticket Inclusions
If you purchase a Premium ticket, you will receive additional benefits.
Specific inclusions will be noted on the event page for the workshop you are attending.
6. Conduct and Participation
To maintain a respectful learning environment:
Disruptive behaviour is not permitted
Harassment of any kind is not tolerated
Attendees are expected to engage professionally and respectfully
We may remove any attendee from the event if their behaviour breaches these expectations. No refund will be provided.
7. Photography and Media Consent
By attending the workshop, you consent to being photographed or filmed.
We may use photos and video captured at the event for marketing, promotional, educational, or internal purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in photography or video, please inform us in writing before the event.
8. Personal Responsibility

The workshop may be hosted at a venue that has its own Terms and Conditions, policies, and restricted items list. By attending the event, you agree to comply with all venue rules, including any restrictions on equipment, food and drink, photography, or behaviour.
We aim to select venues that offer comfortable access for all attendees. Accessibility features may vary between venues. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact us before the event so we can provide accurate information and ensure appropriate arrangements are made where possible.
We are not responsible for any issues, costs, or removal from the venue that result from a breach of the venue’s policies. If you have questions about venue requirements or accessibility, please contact us prior to the event or speak with venue staff on arrival.
