We spend the year at other people’s celebrations.
We’re behind the scenes, on the tools, making timelines work, spaces look incredible, helping people feel comfortable and hundreds of little moments happen exactly when they’re supposed to.
So before another wedding year wraps up, we’re bringing the industry together for a celebration of our own.
Just a really good night with the people you usually only get to see while you're both working.
ON THE NIGHT

Finally, a room full of wedding people who aren’t working.
People who understand what it’s like to work weekends, eat dinner at questionable hours, live by run sheets and somehow always know who has Hollywood tape.
This is a relaxed end of year celebration designed for catching up with familiar faces, meeting some new ones and properly celebrating another year in weddings.
Come for a drink, stay for the people. Leave whenever you like without having to pack down a single thing.

You don't need to be part of The Celebration Studio or have attended one of our events before. If you work in weddings, you're invited.

Absolutely. In fact, plenty of people do.
The whole point of the evening is to bring the industry together in a relaxed setting, so you won't need to arrive knowing a room full of people. Come on your own, bring someone from your team or organise a group of industry friends.

Tickets are not refundable, however they are transferable if you can no longer attend.
If you'd like to transfer your ticket to someone else, please let us know before the event so we can update the guest details.

The Christmas Party will be held at The Calile Hotel in Brisbane.
We'll share the final arrival details with ticket holders ahead of the event, so you'll know exactly where to go when you arrive.

Parking is available at The Calile for a fee, and accommodation can be booked directly with the hotel if you'd like to make a night of it.
We recommend organising both early, particularly if you're travelling to Brisbane for the party.

Absolutely. If you've spent the year working weddings together, we'd love to have you celebrate together too.
You can purchase tickets for your team, or industry colleagues, subject to availability.
