We spend the year at other people’s celebrations.
We’re behind the scenes, on the tools, making timelines work, spaces look incredible, helping people feel comfortable and hundreds of little moments happen exactly when they’re supposed to.
So before another wedding year wraps up, we’re bringing the industry together for a celebration of our own.
Just a really good night with the people you usually only get to see while you're both working.
ON THE NIGHT

Finally, a room full of wedding people who aren’t working.
People who understand what it’s like to work weekends, eat dinner at questionable hours, live by run sheets and somehow always know who has Hollywood tape.
This is a relaxed end of year celebration designed for catching up with familiar faces, meeting some new ones and properly celebrating another year in weddings.
Come for a drink, stay for the people. Leave whenever you like without having to pack down a single thing.

The Christmas Party is for wedding professionals from across the industry, whether you work for yourself, run a team, represent a venue or spend your weekends working alongside the rest of us.
You don't need to have attended a TCS event, completed The Business Reset or worked with us before.
Come with your industry friends. Or come on your own and leave with a few more.

The Christmas Party isn't a networking night dressed up in tinsel.

The Christmas Party is open to people working across the wedding industry. You don't need to be an existing TCS client or have attended one of our previous events.

Absolutely. Plenty of people will know others in the room, but part of the point is bringing the wider industry together. Come solo and we'll make sure you feel welcome.

Your ticket includes arrival canapés, a 4 hour beverage package and DJ entertainment.

Festive cocktail is the direction. Dress up, have a little fun with it and wear the outfit that normally stays in the wardrobe because you’re the one working the event.

Tickets are transferable, so if you can no longer make it, you’re welcome to pass your ticket on to another wedding professional. We just ask that you let us know in advance so we can update the guest details.
Tickets are non-refundable.
As the Christmas Party has a limited venue capacity, we recommend booking early if you’d like to join us.

The Christmas Party will be held at The Calile Hotel, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane QLD.
We have the Terrace and one of the Grand Rooms booked. -
The Calile Hotel has on site parking available for a fee.
And, if you’d like to make a night of it (highly encouraged), rooms can be booked directly with The Calile Hotel. We recommend booking your stay in advance, particularly as we get closer to the end of year period.
