I’m Nat.
I'm a wedding industry professional and business mentor on a mission to help wedding professionals build businesses that can hold their pace.
Before The Celebration Studio, I spent more than 17 years leading teams and delivering major global events, including the Olympics.
I was responsible for large-scale operations, complex logistics, and high-performing teams.
Then I stepped into the wedding industry and everything changed.
I went from leading teams of 100+ people to being responsible for everything myself.
The enquiries, the client communication, the delivery, the admin, the decisions, the growth.
And like so many wedding professionals, I found myself trapped in a cycle of reacting.
I was working harder, taking on more, trying to keep up (all while wondering why the business still felt heavier than it should).
At the time, I thought the problem was workload.
What I eventually realised was that the real problem was operational strain.
The business had grown, but the way it operated hadn't evolved with it.
I wasn't lacking motivation.
I wasn't lacking capability.
I was lacking a clear way of operating.
So I rebuilt the foundations, I refined my positioning, created clearer offers, designed repeatable systems and workflows, established standards and boundaries, and built a business that no longer relied on me carrying everything myself.
It wasn’t because I necessarily wanted to work less (I have long term goals, absolutely), but I wanted to work sustainably.
Since then, I've built multiple businesses within the wedding industry, led teams, won awards, delivered hundreds of weddings, and supported more than 70 wedding professionals to strengthen how their businesses operate.
